Questions, accessibility feedback, bug reports, and privacy requests are welcome. Email the project team and include the page address, browser, operating system, and a short description of what you saw. Do not attach private video files unless we specifically ask for a redacted sample.
Useful details for bug reports
Tell us which route you were using, whether the file played in your browser before extraction, the selected mode and output format, and whether the problem happened before or after you clicked Start Extraction. A screenshot of the settings panel is often more useful than a large video upload.
What we do with messages
We use contact messages only to answer the request, investigate a reported issue, or meet a legal obligation. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list without permission. See the Privacy Policy for retention and data-rights details.
